How does the free trial work?
Starter, Pro and Expert start with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, and you're only charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then from billing settings and you won't pay anything.
Is it safe to connect my Google Business Profile?
Yes. You connect through Google's own sign-in, we only request the permissions needed to manage your listings, and your access tokens are encrypted. You can disconnect at any time from NearPinn or your Google account.
What are credits used for?
Credits pay for rank-grid scans and backlink analyses. A grid scan costs one credit per row, so a 7×7 scan is 7 credits and a 13×13 scan is 13; a backlink check is 2. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, unused credits roll over, and you can buy extra packs anytime.
Will the AI post replies without me checking them?
Only if you switch it on. Write and edit each reply yourself, or set an auto-reply rule for the star ratings you choose, e.g. 4–5★. Auto-replies post without a check and also answer older unreplied reviews.
Can I manage clients' profiles as an agency?
Yes. Connect multiple Google accounts to one workspace and invite your team. For more than 15 locations, contact us about an Enterprise plan.
Can I change plans or cancel?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
